With Christmas, Eid, Hannukah, Kwanzaa and more, December is the time to brighten Oxfordshire's rainy winter days with a host of religious celebrations, craft, food and gift fairs, winter festivals, concerts and family fun. Look out for special festive events in your local area; but, with dark evenings and bad weather, don't forget to plan in advance how you're going to get to and from events safely and without getting too cold!
Getting around Oxfordshire can be a challenge if you're short of a lift or don't have much money.
