
Healthy eating. Boring... or is it? Do you know what it really means? It doesn't mean living on salad and never having chocolate - that's just what some people would have you believe. Just remember that there are no 'good' or 'bad' foods, and there's nothing you aren't allowed to eat.
But, if you eat too many of some foods and not enough of others it is possible to have very poor diet - and you may not look or feel as healthy as you might want to.
So look at the diagram above. Do you think there is anything you can do to improve your eating habits? Read on to find out more about each food group, as well as recipes which are easy to cook, fun to eat, and healthy.
